What happens after the trial?
When available, the trial lasts 15 days. After it ends, new reviews and changes pause until paid access is confirmed. New trials include 14 additional days to download saved reviews. Hosted review content becomes unavailable at that deadline; sign in and support remain available.
What files can I use?
Upload PDF, Word, text or images: up to six files, 3 MB each, with 50,000 characters of text per review. For a longer agreement, use the insurance section and the relevant description of the work. Original files are processed temporarily; saved agreement reviews keep the text and results you choose to save.
What is saved, and what stays temporary?
Agreement reviews can keep the wording, results and decisions you choose to save. An evidence check stays temporary unless an available Save Evidence Version action confirms that it has been saved. Returning to a temporary check later is not guaranteed. Original uploaded files are not silently retained.
How do revised agreements and company positions work?
Compare a revision with a selected saved agreement result so the earlier wording and decisions remain traceable. Essentials supports your individual review and response. Team adds reusable Company Standards: draft positions need authorized approval before they can guide other reviews. Saving a one off choice does not approve it for the organization.
What is a named user?
A named user is one individual with their own InsureClause account. Accounts are not shared.
Can we use InsureClause across different agreements and industries?
All plans support agreement reviews and insurance evidence checks across different commercial agreements, industries and business contexts.
What is the difference between Essentials and Team?
Essentials includes one named user and the complete review workflow. Team gives up to five people their own accounts, with shared agreement reviews and reusable company insurance requirements. Core insurance judgment and security are the same on both plans.
Can I change the size of my team?
When subscription changes are available, open Plans and Subscription in your account to review an upgrade or downgrade. You see the price and effective date before confirming. Before moving to a smaller plan, reduce active users to fit the new allowance. Your saved reviews stay in the workspace.
What happens if payment fails or I cancel?
When subscriptions are available, a failed payment does not unlock new paid access. Any already paid access continues only until its recorded end date. Cancellation takes effect at the date shown in your account. Once review access ends, new reviews and changes pause; permitted viewing and export of saved reviews remain available. An upgrade does not add seats until payment is confirmed.
Does the trial include a team?
The 15 day trial starts with one named user, including access to Company Standards. When paid subscriptions are available, Team supports up to five named users. No card is required for the trial and it does not convert automatically.
