Terms of use

Clear responsibilities for using InsureClause.

This summary explains account, information and decision responsibilities. If a signed customer agreement applies and conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.

Terms of use

These terms describe use of the service and do not replace a negotiated or signed customer agreement. Use the service as decision support and refer to the signed agreement for any service commitments.

Account use

Use your account for authorized organization work.

Account access is personal, limited to your organization and subject to the permissions assigned to you.

ACCOUNT

Use your own credentials

Use only the individual account assigned to you. Do not share credentials or let another person act through your account. Shared credentials are prohibited.

ORGANIZATION

Stay within your authority

Use the workspace only for an organization and purpose you are authorized to support. Follow your organization's approval, confidentiality and records management requirements.

AGREEMENTS

Signed terms take precedence

A customer agreement may add or replace obligations described here. If the documents conflict, the signed agreement controls.

trial lasting 15 days

Choose when to start your trial.

When trial registration is available, confirm your email and then choose Start Trial. Confirming your email alone does not start the trial. The service records the start and expiry dates, and new trials under the updated policy run for 15 full days from that start. Existing accounts retain their recorded trial dates.

No payment card is required and the trial does not charge you automatically. Payment checkout is currently disabled. When a paid plan becomes available, conversion will require an explicit purchase; it is not automatic. A later purchase cannot restore documents that have already been deleted.

After a new trial lasting 15 days expires, you can still sign in and download existing work that you are authorized to use for a further 14 days, until the recorded download deadline. After that deadline, trial workspace content is no longer available through the service. Sign in and support remain available. New reviews, evidence checks, file extraction and other work requiring an active trial stop at expiry. Starting a new session or creating another workspace does not restart the trial. Saved records remain subject to the retention and access information in the Privacy Notice.

Information use

Use content you are authorized to process.

When you select a file or photo, it is sent through the authenticated service and processed for that request to extract text. The original file is not written to InsureClause application storage. Agreement drafts can save automatically as you work. Extracted or pasted agreement wording is saved only after you confirm authority to use that wording; Save Draft and Analyze Review also save the draft. Analysis, decisions and notes are stored with the agreement review. In Company Standards, Save Draft stores the proposed positions and any reviewed policy excerpt included with them.

Unsaved evidence checks can clear when you refresh or sign out. They are separate from agreement reviews. Saved Evidence, when available, retains the comparison and source information you explicitly save under the chosen retention option and access expiry.

Review extracted or pasted wording before confirming authority, saving or analyzing, use the content needed for the decision and follow your organization's confidentiality and records management requirements. Protect account credentials and use the designated support route for security concerns.

Decision support boundary

You remain responsible for the decision.

InsureClause explains insurance requirements, prepares working positions and records decisions based on supplied facts. It does not provide legal advice, interpret a policy, confirm coverage, determine statutory compliance, approve a contract or replace a lawyer, broker, insurer, risk professional or local specialist.

Check the supplied wording, unanswered questions and recommended follow up. Authorized people must verify material questions and make the final insurance, legal, commercial and contract decision.

Availability and changes

Service access and features may change.

Access may be limited, suspended or ended when an organization requests a change, an agreement ends, account misuse occurs, or a security or operational concern requires action. Contact support with questions about service availability or changes.

Public notices may be updated as the product and its legal or security posture change. A webpage update does not override an applicable signed customer agreement, which controls any service commitments.
