For Internal Risk Teams, Brokers and Insurance Advisors

Turn agreement context into a clear insurance review path.

Help your organization or an individual client review agreement wording, check supplied evidence separately, and prepare a clear next action.

InsureClause supports the review. It does not interpret policies, confirm coverage or replace qualified advice.

Risk and Insurance Workflow

Keep insurance judgment connected to the agreement.

Use the same structure for an internal matter or one client review at a time.

CONTEXT

Frame the actual engagement

Capture the parties, responsibility, activity, geography and facts that make the insurance question meaningful.

Take forwardKnown facts and open questions

SEPARATE EVIDENCE CHECK

Separate the promise from the proof

Use the evidence path to compare a requirement with supplied information, without treating a certificate or policy detail as a coverage conclusion.

Take forwardDocument facts, differences, and next steps

AGREEMENT DECISION

Prepare a clear decision path

Show the working position, reason, open questions, next action, and any explicitly assigned reviewer.

A Focused Handoff

Give your adviser a question they can answer.

Start with the Broker/Adviser Brief from a saved agreement review. Check the selected material, then share it through your organization's approved channel.

Include Only What the Review Needs

  1. The Client and PermissionConfirm the named recipient, the client's permission to share, the purpose and the specific matter. A download does not grant workspace access.
  2. The Exact RequirementIdentify the agreement and result version, the relevant wording, the work and each party's responsibility.
  3. What the Evidence Actually ShowsInclude the source reference and date, currency, limit basis and any relevant endorsement. Label a temporary evidence check as temporary.
  4. The Question and Decision OwnerAsk for the precise missing confirmation. Keep the adviser's response separate from the client's decision to accept or negotiate.
Referral, Sponsored Access and Client Permission
Referral
A broker can introduce the product. A referral does not share client records or create authority to act for that client.
Sponsored Access
Broker funding of a client's subscription would need a separate arrangement. Sponsorship does not itself permit access to the client's information.
Client Authorized Assistance
Any future delegated access must name the adviser, matter, permitted evidence and actions, client approver, expiry and revocation route. It must preserve an audit record and keep unrelated clients in separate workspaces.

Sponsored subscriptions and delegated broker access are not currently available through these plans. A Team subscription is for one organization. Use the existing fit discussion to describe the intended arrangement before sharing client information.

Two Practical Perspectives

Use familiar insurance depth without making every user speak insurance.

The same review can lead with a plain answer and retain the detail a specialist needs.

INTERNAL RISK AND INSURANCE

Make approved positions easier to use

Help legal, procurement and business teams start with the right context while unusual requests stay with the appropriate reviewer.

BROKERS AND INSURANCE ADVISORS

Structure one client review clearly

Organize the contract question, available evidence, points to confirm and client handoff without representing a coverage or legal conclusion.

Explore Product Fit

Tell us how your organization or advisory practice reviews agreements and insurance evidence.

We will confirm the appropriate workspace and next step. Do not submit client documents through the public form.
