Practical help with access, document checks, saved work and support.

Account and access

I cannot sign in or need a password reset.

Open Workspace and use the password reset option for your own account email. Use the newest requested email. If the link has expired or was already used, request a fresh one.

Never send your password, access link or verification code to support. If you no longer have access to the mailbox, contact Support with a brief account access description.

Can I create an account or start a trial?

Get Started shows whether registration is currently available. The stated trial is 15 days with no card required; creating or verifying an account alone does not establish an active trial. Follow the status shown after verification.

Use your own named account. A checkout return alone is not proof that paid access has started. If the account screen cannot confirm your status, use Support before attempting another payment.

Start with useful information

Prepare a review

Should I review an agreement or check evidence?

Use Review Insurance in an Agreement for the contract's insurance wording and related context. Use Check Insurance Evidence to read a certificate, broker letter or other supplied evidence, or compare it with a requirement.

Keep the requested terms separate from supplied policy facts. A document check cannot establish authenticity, current cover or a final business decision.

Use the five step checklist
What should I check after adding a document?

Read the extracted wording before using it. Check names, currencies, amounts, dates, exceptions and tables against the source. Include relevant schedules; do not assume a missing page was understood.

Use the supported file and language choices shown in the intake controls. If a revision, scan or language cannot be read reliably, provide clear supported wording or obtain an appropriate translation. Do not treat a proposed edit as an executed obligation.

Use only public, fictional or otherwise permitted nonconfidential material while access is limited. Original files are processed for extraction and are not retained in InsureClause application storage; extracted wording may be saved in your review.

Know what is kept

Saved work and downloads

How do I know my work is saved?

Check the visible save status before leaving. Agreement drafts can save automatically after the required wording authorization. An answer belongs to the text and context used for that run; changed wording needs a new analysis.

Evidence checks start as temporary checks. Where Save Evidence Version is available, link the check to the current saved agreement review, confirm your authority and choose what to retain and when it expires. Comparison details and excerpts can be saved separately from complete supplied text. Original files are not retained in InsureClause application storage. Treat a result marked temporary or not saved as temporary; a browser tab or screenshot is not a saved workspace record.

If a save fails, keep the current page open, preserve a permitted copy and follow the retry message. Avoid opening another copy of the same task until the latest state is clear.

What does a Word download preserve?

The Word export reconstructs the reviewed text with styled changes and comments. It does not preserve the original Word layout or create native tracked revisions. Check the exported file before sharing or using the wording.

A download action is not complete until you actually receive and can open the file. Downloading material does not send it to another person or approve an agreement.

Report a problem clearly

Describe what you tried, what happened and what you expected. Include a safe review or request reference if shown. Leave passwords, tokens, confidential wording and customer files out of a public message.
